The DOCK IN THREE office building is part of modern construction in the area of the former Libeň docks. The elegant office building is designed according to the latest architectural trends. The modern offices of the DOCK project are located along the banks of the two blind branches of the Vltava on the border of Karlín and Libeň. It offers not only work areas near the city center, but also by the river, which offers ideal conditions for relaxation during a busy day. The aim of the construction is to obtain LEED GOLD certification. For air-conditioning of the building REMAK air-conditioning units are used, among others, with the function of controlled summer dehumidification and subsequent air heating to ensure the required humidity of indoor air even in unfavorable outdoor conditions, rotating regenerative heat exchangers using the nanotechnology principle contribute to minimize the dampening costs.
