Letná Shopping Center is located in an attractive location in Prague 7, at the so-called Holešovice Triangle near Strojnická, U Studánky and Veletržní streets. The construction of the building will create a commercial complex with administrative operations, leisure center, restaurants, supermarket and shopping gallery, which will offer a leasable area of 21,000 square meters. The total built-up area of the project is about 220 000m3. EC fan motors and highly efficient heat recovery exchangers also contribute to the cost-effective operation of HVAC units.
