DOCK IN TWO

The DOCK IN TWO building was designed in accordance with the latest architectural trends by architects Schindler Seko. This unique greenery-covered cascade building shaped like the “V” letter and with terraces facing the water area is a part of the DOCK quarter growing along two Vltava River dead channels in Prague’s Libeň district. REMAK air-handling units provide a total air output of 64,000 m3/h. Apart from others, these air-handling units include a regeneration heat recovery system which features 75% efficiency and adiabatic air humidification. This building holds the LEED Gold certificate and was appraised as building of the year 2017.
