DOCK IN FOUR

Administrative complex of three buildings in the new district of Prague in the area of Libeň docks offers facilities for offices and quiet living as well as places to relax near the city center. The underground spaces are intended primarily for garages and technical facilities. On the ground floor there are spaces for rental units used as restaurants, shops and services. Other floors serve as office space and rental units. Air conditioning is provided by our AeroMaster units in XP and Cirrus design with a total air output of 217.000 m³/h.
