CTPark breathes new life into this industrial area, where the famous Czech Zetor tractors were once manufactured. Today, due to its close proximity to the Brno ring road, the park is ideal for light manufacturing, retail, research and development and small logistics. All buildings will be built to BREEAM 'Excellent' standards and above, ensuring top quality facilities. In addition, the park will feature electric vehicle charging stations, CNG stations, gray water recycling, LED lighting and solar power generation capabilities. Our delivery includes 2 sets of AeroMaster Cirrus series air handling units and one REMAK X series air handling unit including the VCS control system.
