City Point Pankrác

The City Point office building with a total area of 8,500 m2 is located in the largest commercial area of Prague outside the center, on Pankrác in Prague 4. The design of City Point was designed by the world-renowned American architect Richard Meier, winner of the Pritzker Prize. The four-story building thus offers a combination of office and commercial space with underground parking with 109 spaces. Ventilation and air conditioning are provided by 3 sets of air-conditioning units of the AeroMaster XP series in standard design, including VCS control system.
