The administrative building is part of the Holešovice Astrid Garden project with the prestigious LEED Gold certification. The main "green" features of the project are heat pumps using underground wells, green roofs and terraces to reduce the temperature in the area or automatic irrigation using the captured rainwater. Our air conditioning unit of the AeroMaster Cirrus series with an integrated heat pump ensures year-round ventilation of the administrative part of the building.
