AFI CITY is a high-rise office building with 19 above-ground and 3 underground floors and a total lettable area of 17,300 sqm. Parking is provided in underground garages with a capacity of more than 300 parking spaces. The building is designed to be energy efficient and is on track to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification. Our supply includes several sets of AeroMaster XP, AeroMaster Cirrus and CAKE series air handling units with a total air output of 130,000 m3/h.
