The successful administrative project, which consists of six separate buildings, offers office space for rent, relaxation areas with plenty of greenery and water features, complemented by genre sculptures. The building received BREEAM in Use certification at the Very Good level. There are 2 AeroMaster Cirrus air handling units in operation in the building with a total air output of approx. 120,000 m3/h.
