Smart Office Ostrava

Smart Office is a multifunctional building mostly consisting of modern offices and an information centre of environmental and energy companies. One, smaller part, is reserved for public services, especially school and educational programs accompanied by leisure time activities. One curiosity of the delivered air-handling units is that we used a reversible heat pump integrated into an air-handling unit as a cold and heat source, as well as adiabatic air cooling in the outlet. These features along with cold recovery ensure a reduction in the need for cooling.
